Delivery times
Standard delivery is calculated on an average capacity of 8 pages a day; priority delivery raises this to 16 and express to 30 pages. For rare languages and specialist texts the time is stated separately in the quote.
- Digital delivery: by email and the client panel after approval.
- Wet-ink original: orders completed by 17:00 on a working day go to the courier the same day.
- Notary and apostille: the notary the same day; governorship apostille takes 1–3 working days on average.
Courier
Domestic courier is 180 TRY; international shipping is shown by region in the quote. Domestic courier is free on orders above 3,000 TRY.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations made before translation starts are refunded in full. Once translation has begun, the completed part is charged. Under distance-selling regulations the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made translations; however, errors and non-acceptance are corrected free of charge.
Undelivered courier
If you are not at the address during courier delivery, the courier tries two more times; the document is then kept at our office for 30 days. If you would like to collect it by hand from the office, simply say so in your order.
Invoice and payment
Individual clients receive an e-archive invoice and corporate clients an e-invoice. Credit card, bank transfer/EFT and, under corporate agreements, deferred payment options are available.
