Apostille for Hague Convention countries, Foreign Ministry and consular approval for others.
Service fee from 500 TRY
For a document to be valid in another country, an apostille or consular legalisation may be required. Between countries party to the 1961 Hague Convention a document is recognised with a single apostille certificate; for non-parties, Foreign Ministry and consular approval is requested.
What do we do?
- We determine the right route for the destination country (apostille or full legalisation).
- After notarisation we handle the governorship or district governorship apostille application.
- We follow the consulate appointment and document submission.
- We deliver the digital and wet-ink copies by courier.
Timing
An apostille takes 1–3 working days on average; consular approval takes 3–15 working days depending on the country. Time and fees are shown per country in the quote and followed in the client panel throughout.
Before you order, we check free of charge which countries are party to the convention and which body will approve the document.
Who is it for?
Anyone who will study, work, marry or set up a company abroad. If your document is not accepted in the destination country the whole process restarts, so we recommend confirming the country's and institution's requirement in writing before starting; we run this check for you.
