The notary certifies the sworn translator's signature, the approval chain required for visas, title deeds and official applications.
Notary fee 850 TRY / document
In a notarised translation, the notary certifies the sworn translator's signature. The notary confirms the authenticity of the signature and of the translator's authority, not the accuracy of the translation, so the document is filed together with the source-language original.
When is it needed?
- Consulate and visa applications
- Title deed, licence and trade registry procedures
- Foreign diploma equivalence and official applications
- Documents submitted to courts and enforcement offices
Process and cost
After translation is completed, the document goes to our partner notary the same day. The notary fee is 850 TRY per document and is shown as a separate line in the quote. When several documents are certified for the same translator we offer a bulk-processing advantage.
If you are unsure whether the institution requires notarisation, send us its letter or web page requirement and we will decide the right approval type together.
Tips
Keep the original or a notarised copy of the document at hand; the notary certifies the translation together with the source document. If an apostille will be needed for use abroad, we start the application the same day after notarisation, so the process finishes without days of waiting.
