What is a sworn translation and who can do it?
It is a translation confirmed with stamp, signature and date by a translator who has taken an oath before a notary. Only sworn translators can make it.
How are prices calculated?
The price is set per 1,000 characters (without spaces) by language pair. Approval fees (notary, apostille) are listed separately per document. You can get an instant estimate with the price calculator.
How long does delivery take?
We work at 8 pages a day for standard, 16 for priority and 30 for express delivery. Documents of 1–5 pages usually take 1 working day.
Can I send a photo taken on my phone?
Yes; we accept a legible photo or scan with visible corners and no glare. Unreadable parts are reported to you at the quote stage.
Is notarisation always necessary?
No. Many institutions accept the sworn translator's stamp alone. Send us the institution's letter and we will confirm the required approval free of charge.
What is an apostille and how long does it take?
An apostille is the standard certification that makes a document valid abroad. A governorship or district governorship apostille takes 1–3 working days on average; consular legalisation may take 3–15 working days depending on the country.
What if the translation is not accepted?
We correct it free of charge based on the institution's written reasons. If non-acceptance stems from the institution's requirement rather than our translation, we replan the process together.
How is the confidentiality of my documents protected?
Files are received through an encrypted link, opened only to the assigned translator, and translators sign a written confidentiality undertaking. Documents are deleted after 24 months, earlier on request.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes; we send the wet-ink original by international courier. The digital copy is emailed after approval and can be downloaded from the panel.
